Legal forms (formy prawne przedsiębiorstw)

Limitation periods (przedawnienie)
Take timely action! Debt collection Poland offers shorter limitation periods than the Netherlands. The general limitation period is three years. This procedure applies to claims not exceeding PLN 10 000. The name of the procedure says it all, it is an accelerated procedure.
